The thing I loved most about my years in advertising was the moment where everything clicks together and you realise you’ve found a brand new interesting way to solve a problem.
There should always be time to stand back and ask this question. I want to create moments that users remember. Having the right people around me can also help create a fertile environment for this thinking.
Due to Jono’s precise analytical ability, he is always able to understand complex situations immediately and to find good solutions. He is well-liked for his very friendly, open and well-balanced demeanour and actively encourages cooperation and a healthy team atmosphere.
Working alongside Jono in our respective lead roles, there were always creative ideas being produced by him, no matter the complexity of the requirement. Jono has one of those minds that has the ability to see things differently, which creates unique outcomes in the projects he designs.
Jono's calming personality makes all team members feel comfortable. The atmosphere in our team helps me to be motivated and do my best. With his leadership our team built a design system quickly and every day I can see how it becomes easier for designers and developers to use.
